There are tons of apps out there to improve the battery life of your smartphone. Today we will focus on one of them, the most popular - Battery Callibration.

Applications and programs for calibrating the Android battery The sequence of steps for this method of calibration will be as follows:

First, you will need to run this program and connect the device to the charger.

After the phone is charged to 100%, you will hear a characteristic squeak, but do not rush to remove the charger, you will need to wait another 1 hour from this moment.

After another hour of charging, in the application menu you will need to press the "Calibrate" button and wait for the procedure to complete.

After everything is completed - you can unplug the charger and reboot your device.

This completes the calibration process using the application. If you did everything correctly, then your battery controller memory has been cleared. This method is good because it does not require any outside action from you, the program does everything by itself ..

Apps won't help. This must be done at the system level.

I decided to share my experience and write how the battery on gigabyte is calibrated (it works exactly at 700/800/702/802).
It is calibrated without problems for an increased battery, for which the tambourine was pulled out.
We discharge the battery to the lower voltage value (in any way, naturally adequate), disassemble the battery, unsolder the controller, go to drink tea until the residual voltage in the controller disappears, solder first a plus, then a minus, if for some reason it does not work ...
We collect everything and charge. The percents will run very quickly, after an hour the floor will show 100%, but you can't trust the system indicator right now, keep charging until the voltage becomes 4.2v.
That's all. 5% will be the voltage at which the controller was turned on, and 100% will be fully charged.
True, sometimes it doesn't work the first time.

Battery calibration is accurate, instructions:
1. We discharge the battery to 0% (until it turns off itself) by starting the video, or in other ways.
2. We take out the battery from the PDA, wait about a minute, insert it back (DO NOT turn on the device !!).
4. We put on the charge. I repeat, we DO NOT turn on the device! (mains charger 220V).
5. We leave to charge up to the full level (the red indicator will change to green, usually it is 3 hours in time).
6. After charging, take out the battery, NOT including the PDA and wait about a minute.
7. We put it back. Now you can turn it on!
P.S. sometimes when performing this procedure, the indicator may be green initially when charging, we still charge for three hours, then I turn on the device, charge until the indicator turns green from red, take out the battery, wait a minute, insert the battery into the PDA. We discharge the battery to 0% (until it turns itself off) by starting the video, or in other ways.

how long the device should work with uninterrupted load, let's say in the form of a browser and music

definitely - not many, there are no eternal batteries
Batteries - personal experience. Who and how long is enough?

You can do this:

  1. Check your battery capacity (Settings - About Phone).
  2. Install Battery Monitor - this program displays the charge in real time.
  3. Put your smartphone on charge and watch the charge increase. It should be as powerful as your battery.
  4. After reaching the maximum (for example, 2000 mAh), unplug the phone and reboot. After this procedure, the phone will understand what its real battery capacity is. However, this method does not always work the first time; it is often necessary to do these steps about 5 times in a row.
