January, 2021There are two ways to return a vertical menu.
The first way. Reset all settings to factory defaults. After resetting, set up your smartphone as you need. And most importantly, turn off the system update.
How to disable (several options):
1) Settings - About device - Software update (uncheck)
2 ) Settings - System applications - Update automatically (select Do not update).
3) Settings - About phone - System update (uncheck the Auto update box).
The second method. You can try installing third-party launchers. For example, Nova, P 9.0, etc. Install and test the multitasking menu.
