Having established a permanent VPN (we are talking about a smartphone), its address will be very easy for third parties to find out. However, will these third parties be able to disclose my Internet traffic and find out, for example, what queries I entered in the search, which sites I visited, how my applications work with the Internet, etc., or all they can find out is the server address itself and which country does it belong?

PS Let's assume the VPN server is located in a different country and is absolutely reliable.

In most cases, VPN servers guarantee complete security of your traffic. Additional efforts are required to extract and decipher it. If you do not violate the law and the constitution, then there is nothing to worry about.
