January, 2021You need to connect to WiFi. Cellular Internet may not work, because after the reset, the APN setting disappeared. And you can restore it only in the settings, but they are not yet available.

January, 2021When first setting up after reset, it's best to connect to WiFi.
After the reset, the google account that was before these manipulations will be requested.
If with WiFi it still weighs in the same place, do a reset via recovery, on the switched off device press the volume plus and on button, when the logo appears, release only the on button. Release the volume when the recovery menu or android icon appears. Here already select wipe data - yes, as the reset occurs, select reboot system.
This one did not help either, then just flash it.
P.S. This brand can be considered as disposable, since there are almost no off-site spare parts for them, and if there is something, it is often easier to buy a new one.
