By the way, while I was writing, I remembered that several times I noticed the activated location function on my phone, maybe my big brother turns it on from afar?, However, I had to turn it off manually.

In theory, it should not turn on by itself. Maybe you press yourself by accident? Maybe in the curtain at the top it is next to something else where you press. I can assume that they caught a virus. Is antivirus worth in a mobile phone? It is better to check it, you can find a virus and can remove it. If not, then probably for repair. And this is not soon, given the viral environment. So that during this time everyone does not eat up money for the mobile Internet, there are a couple of radical options:

• airplane mode. but you will not get through and you will be able to call
• get a sim card. calls will have to be sacrificed too
• wait until the time comes to pay for the Internet, but not pay for it. even if the Internet turns on itself, there will be no traffic

If the Internet is used only via WiFi, then the safest thing is to turn off the mobile Internet in your personal account, I do this on MTS. In this case, Internet traffic will not be wasted even when data transmission is on, and this does not affect the Internet via WiFi, as well as calls. Mobile internet is enabled by default when purchasing a SIM card.
